AN INNOVATIVE RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF HUMAN RESOURCE IN INDIA
Abstract
Abstract:- The Human Resource Development of a country is not possible without an effective management control in organizations. The Industrial sector has playing a crucial role in a developing economy like India. The importance of Management Principles as an essential tool in work environment seems to be neglected by both employers and employees in India which has lead them to deficient performance and poor productivity in their jobs. Therefore, this research paper seeks to examine the impact of Management Principles on the productivity of Human Resource. The objective of this research was to highlight the effects of application of Management Principles on the employees and their performances at different private sector organizations and the research done to understand the performance level of the employees due to the effective application of Management Principles, and also aims at suggesting few interactions to enhance the productivity of human resources in India.
